Service Description

Pronto PC is a professional PC diagnostic and repair service. For a one-time fee of $29, you receive a comprehensive system diagnostic covering 35+ categories, an AI-generated repair plan, guided repair execution, and a detailed HTML audit report.

What You're Paying For

$29 covers the complete service — diagnostic scan, AI analysis, repair execution, and audit report. There are no additional fees, subscriptions, or upsells. The price is the same regardless of what the diagnostic finds or how many repairs are performed.

Consent & Transparency

No repairs are performed without your explicit consent. You review all recommended actions before approving them. You may decline all repairs and keep your diagnostic report at no additional cost.

Session Window

After purchase, your session remains active for 3 days. During this window, you may return to review your findings and approve repairs. After 3 days, a new diagnostic would be needed because system conditions change over time, making older diagnostic data less accurate.

30-Day Re-Repair Guarantee

If any issue that was repaired during your session recurs within 30 days, we will perform the repair again at no charge. Contact support@prontopc.online with your audit report to initiate a guarantee claim.

Scope of Service

• Pronto PC performs software-level diagnostics and repairs only.
• Hardware issues are documented in your report with a recommendation to visit a local repair shop.
• We do not access, modify, or delete personal files (documents, photos, media).
• All repair actions are standard Windows maintenance operations (clearing caches, running system file checks, resetting network stacks, etc.).

System Requirements

Windows 10 or Windows 11. Internet connection required. Administrator access required for full diagnostic and repair capabilities.

Limitation of Liability

Pronto PC performs only safe, reversible system maintenance operations. We are not liable for pre-existing hardware failures, third-party software issues, or system conditions unrelated to the repairs performed. Our maximum liability is limited to the $29 service fee.
